• How do I choose the right size mattress?

A mattress of the proper size gives you the space to stretch out and ideally, meets your potential needs for years to come. For example, a single bed is a great option for young children. But kids quickly outgrow small mattresses, so it might be wise to pick a larger mattress from the start. 

A general rule of thumb: Firstly, buy the largest mattress your room can comfortably accommodate. And then make sure its length is about 20 centimetres taller than your height, or that of the tallest person sleeping in the bed.
